All-Seeing Seer

An egg shaped creature made of plump and smooth infant-like skin, having no features but multiple eyes around it’s singular levitating body. Each eye has its own unique features, making it impossible to hide or do much unnoticed within it’s line of sight. They come from chaotic Planes or are birthed through dark ritual magic for nefarious purposes.
