Upon a hit the targets take 1d6 Psychic damage and the targets are WeakenedWeakened ConditionThe target is weakened, dealing half damage on their spells and attacks. Ongoing damage is unaffected. while within the Burst and until the end of their next turn once outside the Burst. On a miss the target takes half damage.
