Call Lightning

Effect: The target inscribes a rune that is a calling of a storm, dropping lightning from the sky on a number of creatures equal to the caster’s Wisdom modifier up to 60 ft away from the caster targeting the creatures’ Will. On a hit each creature takes 1d10 Lightning damage and is StunnedStunned ConditionThe target cannot take Actions. Any attack against it yields Advantage, the target doesn’t count toward flanking, and if it is a target with natural flight it falls. until the end of their next turn. On a miss, targets take half damage.

At 5th, 11th, and 17th level this spell gains an additional damage die (2d10, 3d10, 4d10).
