Effect: The caster creates a 20 ft Burst within 60 ft from them targeting the creatures’ Reflex. On a hit, the targets take 1d4 Bludgeoning damage and are SlowedSlowed ConditionThe target’s maximum movement is cut in half and they may not benefit from bonuses to movement or take actions that grant additional movement. for a number of turns equal to the caster’s Wisdom modifier. On a miss, the targets take half damage. 

At 5th, 11th, and 17th level this spell gains an additional damage die (2d4, 3d4, 4d4).
