Effect: The area around the caster explodes with a flurry sleet in a 10 ft Aura targeting the creatures’ Fortitude. Upon a hit the targets take 1d6 Water damage. Upon a miss, the target takes half damage. All creatures within the Aura who are WetWet ConditionYou are completely drenched in liquid, rendering you to a Weakness to Lightning (unless the creature has a natural immunity). You do not gain the benefits of Invisibility while Wet. are automatically hit with this spell and become FrozenFrozenThe target is engulfed ice and cannot move or act. The next slashing or bludgeoning damage to the target is automatically a critical hit and breaks the target out of its Frozen state..

At 5th, 11th, and 17th level this spell gains an additional damage die (2d6, 3d6, 4d6).
