Swirling Sandstorm

Effect: The caster kicks up a vortex of sand and dirt in a 30 ft Burst up to 60 feet away targeting the creatures’ Fortitude. Upon a hit, the target is Pulled 10 feet to the center squares of the sandstorm, dealing 1d8 Earth damage. If multiple creatures would be pulled into the same place or adjacent to one another, each of those targets takes an additional 1d8 Bludgeoning damage. The sandstorm is considered difficult terrain, can be moved up to 10 feet per turn when Sustained.
