Effect:  The caster uses their power to stir up a vortex around one target Large sized creature or smaller up to 30 ft away, targeting the creature’s Fortitude. Upon a hit the target takes 1d6 Wind damage and the target is GrappledGrappled ConditionThe target is being held by someone or something. They cannot take any movement actions while Grappled and yields Advantage when attempting to be attacked, Tripped, or Disarmed. Opponents who are Grappled and Prone yield a Disadvantage to break the Grapple. for a number of rounds equal to the target’s Wisdom modifier.
