Mouthy Membrane

An egg shaped creature made of plump and smooth infant-like skin, having no features but multiple mouths around it’s singular levitating body. These mouths are constantly closing and opening, wriggling it’s whip-like tongues, or babbling in coherently to themselves. They come from chaotic Planes or are birthed through dark ritual magic for nefarious purposes.
