Effect: The caster conjures a 20 ft Burst of intense flames within 60 ft targeting the creatures’ Reflex. Upon a hit the targets take 1d6 Fire damage and are BurnedBurnedThe target is set on fire. At the beginning of the target’s turn it takes Fire damage at the beginning of each turn. The target may fall Prone to extinguish the flame, or wet themselves with a nearby water source. for a number of rounds equal to the caster’s Wisdom modifier. On a miss, targets take half damage.
